I hear you man - I broke nearly every rule I have this week. Getting frustrated because no trades were presenting themselves so I basically made trades up. Very expensive for the old demo account. One thing I have proved this week - I am not ready for going live yet! The journey continues.

That honest realization and self-awareness will get us there someday. I think the important thing is to post-mortem errors and try not to repeat them.
