Okay, so my streak finally ends... well, kinda. It was a positive week but it's pretty much just flat. This is because I really didn't make any substantial gain or loss. This is particularly disappointing since there was a lot of volatility and the market was trending.
A quick look at the EUR/USD 1H chart will show this, as I can immediately spot a bunch of intarweek Fibonacci retracement plays.
In retrospect, it seems like the problem was that I wasn't aggressive enough and didn't exert enough effort in finding those trades. That is really what held me back, nothing more to it.
So for the coming week, I'm going to be very proactive in adding positions and being more aggressive, especially on those trades that go along with the overall market sentiment and trend (long EUR, GBP and short USD). . Hope I can hit my breakeven balance by the end of October.
