Roughly how much time do you dedicate to developing your trading skills per week?

well i can dedicate over 40 hours a week but a lot of it is done on the weekends with only a few hours a day during the week. I usually manually back-test for a few hours a day on the weekend, or when the market is really slow during the week.
What kind of currency pairs do you trade?
Majors
gbp/usd, usd/chf, eur/usd.
always back-testing to look for more pairs.
What motivates you to be a trader?
i love how challenging it is. trading is the hardest thing i've ever done.

i use 4 charts; weekly, daily, 4 hour, and 1 hour.
What trading-related goals do you have?
my goal is to just make a consistent profit, it doesn't matter how great of a profit, all that matters is consistency
