Roughly how much time do you dedicate to developing your trading skills per week?
Depends. i would say around 20 hours a week. I don't usually sit at the computer the whole time. I will check the charts every 4 hours or so and then follow up on the trade on my phone.

10% of my Balance a month...for now.

I use the 1hr, 4hr, Daily, and weekly.

To make certain that my trades are profitable. Also, to follow these rules:
1. Discipline - Follow my trading system
2. Emotionless - Don't tie emotions to trading
3. Patience - Waiting for the perfect set-ups
