If you are a new or novice trader even a veteran.
Focus on learning how to catch and thus ride market trends.
Scalping is great and most of the retail forex market was driven by scalping and scalping robots from a marketing perspective and everyone wanted to scalp their way to millions using some EA robot.
EURUSD
EURUSD just made over a 300 pip trend movement. (TREND)
A scalper may have caught 5-10 pips of that movement with a HUGE risk.
If you really want to be successful look at ways traders go about capturing trends.
If you can figure this out on your own do so.
If you have to buy a book to learn do so
If you need to buy a software do so
If you need a mentor to learn do so
but their is enough information out there now in the forex message boards and other places online that with a little research you can save yourself a lot of time and money and still learn how to capture trends.
